How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Targetedqualified Plumbing wants each homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when contacting Targetedqualified Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Targetedqualified Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@targetedqualified.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What to Expect

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
